The CAVCO WEST Territorial Series offers a southwest home with this series of traditional but unique Santa Fe styled floor plans. Some of the many standard features include a southwest style parapet profile, stucco exterior with pop-out windows, 102" high flat ceilings, and tan framed vinyl windows, and 39" overhead cabinets in kitchen. 10 plans make up this series ranging from 1,300 to over 2,300 sq ft.
